A couple of months ago I was at a Farmer's Market in SLC, and this girl had this booth set up and was selling these super cute headbands. They have small velcro pieces on the underside so they don't slide around your head. They are adjustable and can fit 18 months old to adult. They come in tons of different styles and several different thicknesses. I have three and love mine, they work great with long and short hair.
